Balsamic Soy Roasted Garlic Mushrooms

I know mushrooms are either a huge hit or a massive miss. These mushrooms, however, will blow your freakin' mind. The balsamic vinagar mixes beautifully with the garlic. You will not be able to stop eating them!

2 pounds mushrooms



1 tablespoon vegetable oil







3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar







2 tablespoons soy sauce



3 cloves garlic, chopped




1/2 teaspoon thyme, chopped






Salt and pepper to taste






  1. Toss the mushrooms in the oil, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper

  2. Arrange in a single layer on a baking pan

  3. Roast in a preheated 400F/200C oven 

  4. After 10 minutes, mix 

  5. Keep in the oven for another ten minutes

  6. Enjoy!
