Jicama-Corn Salsa

This mouth-watering salsa takes a maximum of 15 minutes to make and produces 4 cups.

Ingredients

2 cups diced jicama

 

 

 

         1 cup fresh corn kernels

 

 

 

 

        1 cup diced tomatoes

 

 

 

 

 

½ cup diced red onion

 

 

 

 

Juice of 1 lime

 

 

 

 

 

Pinch of salt

 

Directions

1. Put all ingredients in a bowl.

2. Stir.
