Banana Sushi

This is my new favorite snack by a long shot. Banana sushi is much more delicious than it sounds and can be the perfect healthy, energizing breakfast or snack that you have been searching for. It takes a maximum of 5 minutes to make.

1 banana





1 tablespoon nut butter






optional toppings: chopped nuts, chia seeds, coconut flakes, etc.



1. Peel banana.

2. Spread nut butter all over the banana.

3. Sprinkle on the toppings of your choosing.

4. Using a sharp knife, evenly slice banana into “sushi” pieces.

5. Enjoy!
